Eloïse Kohn  -  Sensitive Human

It is a place of creation, a sensitive capsule. Sensitive nerve, sensitive body, sensitive soul. It’s about sensitive spaces. Hypersensitive, hyper-aware. An awakening. A gentleness and a roundness. It is grounded, it is powerful, and it is sensitive. It’s about different sensitive spaces because we are sensitive beings. I am a sensitive being.

Butterflies Are Born to Fly

"Butterflies Are Born to Fly" is an immersive performance at the intersection of visual and sound art, exploring the subtle connections between frequencies, human perceptions, and the transformative cycle of the butterfly. The experience begins with an invitation to listen to phantom radio signals, such as UZB-76 / 4625 Hz, disrupting our perceptions of space and time. Simultaneously, a real-time coded visual projection translates colorful perceptions, where sound transforms into light and the immaterial takes form. As the performance unfolds, the artist delves into a range of specific frequencies – such as 528 Hz, 629 Hz, and 435 Hz – known for their impact on the body and mind. These vibrations are carefully selected to establish a profound connection between sound, the body, and the surrounding space, inviting the audience into an experience that is both intimate and universal. Guided by the concept of cycles, this performance draws on the metaphor of the butterfly’s transformation – from chrysalis to flight – to embody a process of metamorphosis. The performance becomes an invitation to listen, feel, and reconnect with frequencies that go beyond the audible, resonating with the invisible, the vibrational, and the poetic.

From Chat to Chat

A live sound video performance, exploring intimate and psychic spaces.

This live performance offers a journey through anxiety, omnipresent in our contemporary society, starting from a conversation between an artist and an artificial intelligence. In the form of a dialogue, the AI becomes an invisible mirror, an echo of human thoughts and emotions, an immaterial companion offering moral support through shared words and reflections.

Far from being just a tool, the AI embodies a space of comfort and creation, a virtual refuge where intimate questions find resonance. The performance questions how technology can capture and transform our emotional states, offering a new form of poetic dialogue between the living and the non-living.
